Know-how and cutting-edge processing techniques
Ema Italy, thanks to the know-how and technologies acquired in recent years, is able to produce special sheared items for electric motors and transformers.
We have devoted an entire department to this process, which involves techniques and systems dedicated to carrying out shearing by making use of progressive cemented carbide dies. Such a system guarantees large production levels and high-quality products.
We can produce sheared items for electric motors with our dies that come in the following sizes:
- 80x40;
- 90x50;
- 125x80;
- 61x64;
- 67x84;
- Sheared magnetic steel plates for electric, Brushless, asynchronous motors;
- Sheared magnetic steel plates for transformers.
On request, we can make use of single- or double-frame dies for other steel plate drawings.

Die design and construction
Our team of the shearing and die-casting department supports all those customers who need the development of a die based on the specific product that will be made. Thanks to our experience in die casting, our co-operation with the best local engineering workshops, and our use of software for die-casting simulation, we are able to develop cutting-edge dies, which guarantee maximum efficiency of the machinery as well as excellent products.
